That song she has on the radio right now is sooooo catchy. A guilty pleasure.
I really really like “1989.” I like that Taylor has changed her music style but still writes great music and stays true to herself as she grows up. My favourite song is “Blank Space” and the music video is so good. I like the way she pokes fun at what the public thinks about her and her love life, and in a really funny way. However I think “Bad Blood” is a pretty negative song and she will probably regret it later. Overall I think it is her second best album after “Speak Now” but there all great albums. I can’t wait to see her when she comes to Ottawa!
Taylor Swift’s new album 1989 is her best yet. Every song is so catchy and you can definitely tell she is such a good songwriter and her lyrics have never been better. It is amazing to see how much her music has changed over the years but you can always still tell it is her and she is doing what she loves and she is so good at it. My favourite song is Shake It Off of course, who doesn’t love that song, but probably overlooked as a really good song is I Wish You Would. Overall I would say this album is 4.5/5, only because I know there are even better Taylor Swift albums to come!!
